Which streets will be closed during the Puerto Rican Day Parade in NYC?

One of New York City’s biggest parades returns this Sunday: the National Puerto Rican Day Parade (NPRDP), celebrating its 69th year. The popular parade’s theme this year is “We Are More Than 100×35,” and it will begin at noon along Fifth Avenue, running from 44th Street to 79th Street. The parade will also feature performances by Puerto Rican stars such as singer Daddy Yankee and former Miss Universe and television host Dayanara Torres.
